PRODUCT RETURN

Ask for the return authorization by completing the online product return form in this section: Return Form 

IMPORTANT

Please remember that any non-conformity or defect of the product purchased must be reported before expiration term stated in the General Sales Conditions accepted by you at the time of purchase. General Sales Conditions also explain the rights you are entitled against the assessment of non-compliance or of the defect.

In particular, within this period, you will have to:

a) fill in the online product return form
b) if necessary add the photographic documentation in support of the request

When receiving the from CARLA G. Srl the authorization to the return of the product, the product shall be given to the carrier in charge and sent to the following address:

CARLA G. SRL - Via Veneto 471- 40038 Vergato - BO - ITALY within 30 (thirty) days from the reply from CARLA G. Srl.

The labels on items that are returned must not be separated.

Garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Every item must be returned in the original box with all the labels, packaging and accessories (bags, hangers, etc.) received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered as part of the product.

After checking the condition of the returned goods we will refund the amount paid by crediting to the same credit card used for the payment.
